Cancellation Policy

Out of courtesy for our stylists, we kindly ask that you notify us 48 hours prior to your appointment for any cancellations or reschedules.

‍We understand that schedules change and life happens, but in the case that more than 48 hours notice is not given, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the scheduled service.

Same day or last minute cancellations and no-shows will be responsible for 100% of the service price.

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may not be able to provide you with the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee will apply.

Thank you for understanding our policy. It is in place to respect the time of our stylists as well as the other clients waiting for their appointments.

All deposits will be non-transferable if the appointment is a no-show or cancelled beyond the 48 hour policy.

All the cancellations must be done via our online booking system or response to your text confirmation.

No voicemails or Instagram messages will be accepted.

Refunds

There are no refunds on any hair extensions.

Hair can be exchanged within 30 days for an item of the same value.

Hair accessories including tools, irons, brushes, clips, etc., are non-refundable.
